NOAA record 533673 ↗Heavy rainfall of nearly three quarters of an inch was reported in the southwest part of Monticello which led to localized street flooding. Heavier amounts of precipitation fell in other portions of the city which also led to flooding of basements.
NOAA record 537236 ↗Runoff from heavy rainfall caused flash flooding near White Rock Point during the evening of the 15th. Mud 4 feet deep was washed onto Highway 191 near mile marker 17. Temporary levees were also built to keep flood waters out of nearby houses. A car was also trapped by debris in a nearby wash, but no injuries occurred.
NOAA record 500537 ↗National Park Service rangers reported flash flooding across Salt Creek Road In Canyonlands National Park. The flash flood had originated from Horse Canyon due to heavy rainfall. The water also created areas of quicksand which made the road impassable after the flood waters subsided.
NOAA record 495414 ↗Local law enforcement officers reported boulders and water over the roadway along highway 262 between Aneth and Montezuma Creek. These slides were the result of heavy rainfall in the area.

Runoff water one to two feet foot deep was flowing rapidly across Highway 191 as a UHP vehicle traveling between mile markers 115 and 116 was washed off the highway. The highway was damaged in places.
