These terms govern your use of westpeakroofing.com and the free roof inspection West Peak Roofing LLC ("West Peak Roofing," "we") offers. By using the site or requesting an inspection, you agree to these terms.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about us, request an inspection, or read our content. Don't copy, scrape, or republish our material without permission; don't attempt to disrupt the site or use it to harass anyone.

Our roof inspection is free, with no obligation to hire us. After the inspection you'll receive a photo report and an honest recommendation — repair, replace, or no action needed. Any estimate we provide is an estimate, not a binding price; the binding price comes only with a signed written agreement.

When you submit our inspection-request form, you agree West Peak Roofing may contact you by call, text message, and email about your request, the resulting inspection, and related follow-ups. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.

For projects we complete, West Peak Roofing stands behind its workmanship in writing. Manufacturer warranties on materials (GAF, Owens Corning, and others) are provided by the manufacturer and run for the term and conditions stated in the manufacturer's certificate. Specific warranty terms are provided in the project contract.

We help homeowners document and submit roof-damage insurance claims and coordinate with the carrier's adjuster. We document and submit; we are not public adjusters and do not negotiate claims on your behalf as a public adjuster under Utah law. The decision to file, settle, or appeal a claim is yours.
