NOAA record 180853 ↗Thunderstorms produced heavy rainfall that produced flash flooding off of higher surrounding terrain into the Spanish Valley area. Runoff water one to two feet foot deep was flowing rapidly across Highway 191 as a UHP vehicle traveling between mile markers 115 and 116 was washed off the highway. The highway was damaged in places.
