NOAA record 5622882 ↗A severe thunderstorm developed in western Wayne county. A spotter in Caineville measured hailstones as large as 2" in diameter. This severe thunderstorm moved east into Hanksville about an hour later and dropped 1" diameter hail in that town. Some minor damage was reported in the area. Minor flooding was reported in a few businesses east of Hanksville on SR95 from this storm as well.
