NOAA record 403668 ↗More heavy rainfall occurred across the Ogden Valley, causing isolated flooding incidents. Water flowed across several roadways, and six homes near the Wolf Mountain ski resort experienced flooding.
NOAA record 363363 ↗Heavy rainfall on frozen ground, combined with some snowmelt, led to the flooding of some residential basements in Liberty, Utah. This flooding was eventually mitigated with pumps and sandbags.
