Maximum wind gusts in the area included 90 mph at the Park City- Jupiter sensor and 75 mph at the Deer Valley- Empire Peak sensor.

Alta Ski Lifts received 12 inches of new snow, with more snow on the higher peaks, as over 2.00 inches of liquid equivalent precipitation was recorded over the area. The strongest recorded gusts in the area were 96 mph at the Alta - Mt. Baldy sensor and 75 mph at the DV - Mount Baldy sensor.

NOAA record 218627 ↗A skier triggered an avalanche in an area known as Meadows, a backcountry area in Big Cottonwood Canyon, out-of-bounds of nearby Solitude Ski Resort. The avalanche buried the victim; he was found and dug out less than an hour after the avalanche occurred, but had already passed away.
