    A wind gust of 67 mph was recorded at the Vernon Hill mesonet site and a wind gust of 64 mph was recorded at the SR-201 at I-80 mesonet site.

    A peak wind gust of 76 mph was recorded at the SR-201 at I-80 mesonet site. Other wind gusts include 67 mph at the Vernon Hill mesonet site and 66 mph at the SR-112 @ MP 6 Utah Avenue mesonet site.

    The Vernon Hill mesonet site recorded a wind gust of 67 mph. Other wind gusts included a 64 mph gust at the SR-201 at I-80 mesonet site and a 63 mph gust at the I-80 at MP 79 Timpie mesonet site.

  4. Winter WeatherTooele and Rush Valleys

    Snow Squall. A snow squall moved eastward through portions of the Toole and Rush Valleys during the morning hours. A wind gust of 59 mph was recorded by the I-80 @ mp 78 automated station at 5:10 am MST, along with moderate precipitation and lowered visibility. Similarly, wind gusts of 63 mph and 66 mph occurred at 5:15 am MST and 5:30 am MST respectively at the VERNON HILL mesonet site.

    A peak wind gust of 72 mph was recorded by the SR-201 at I-80 mesonet station. Other selected strong wind gusts measured around the zone included 69 mph SR-112 @ MP 6 Utah Avenue, and 63 mph at Bolinder Field-Tooele Valley Airport.

    A peak wind gust of 80 mph was recorded by the I-80 at MP 79 automated weather station. An additional significant wind gust of 75 mph was reported by the SR-201 at I-80 station. Other strong wind gusts included 68 mph by the I-80 @ mp 78 station, 62 mph by the LAKE POINT I-80 station, and 60 mph by the SR-112 @ MP 6 Utah Avenue station.

Locations are NOAA's own county and National Weather Service forecast-zone names, which is why you will see both Salt Lake and Wasatch Mountains South of I-80. A storm not listed here was not necessarily absent β€” it means NOAA has no recorded report for it, which is common for isolated hail.
