    Flash flooding hit the Tooele Valley, where near Grantsville 2 dirt roads became impassable as water 3 feet deep rushed over them, cutting off access to several homes. Two homes reported flooded basements there, with another basement flooded in Tooele.

Where NOAA lists a wind speed in knots we show it in miles per hour; everything else is verbatim.

Locations are NOAA's own county and National Weather Service forecast-zone names, which is why you will see both Salt Lake and Wasatch Mountains South of I-80. A storm not listed here was not necessarily absent — it means NOAA has no recorded report for it, which is common for isolated hail.
