Some observations included 66 mph at the Beach mesonet site, 58 mph recorded by the Salt Lake City International Airport ASOS, and 58 mph at the GARFL2 mesonet site.

NOAA record 1111377 ↗COOP observer reports included snowfall accumulation of 28.6 inches at Sandy, 19.0 inches at Magna, 19.0 inches at West Jordan, 17.5 inches at Holladay. At Salt Lake City International Airport, snowfall totaled 14.8 inches.
NOAA record 1094988 ↗A combination of public and spotter reports included snowfall amounts of 7.5 inches in Salt Lake City, 9.7 inches in Cottonwood Heights, and 10.2 inches in Upper Millcreek. As a result of the heavy snow, Interstate 80 at the mouth of Parley's Canyon was closed multiple times due to vehicle accidents.
NOAA record 1088840 ↗Snow Squall. The KSLC ASOS reported a period of moderate snow and winds gusting between 30 to 45 mph with visibility down to a half mile. Similar observations are noted at other area mesonet sites through the Salt Lake Valley during the period, including the SR-85 @ Juniper mesonet site, and the I-15/2400 S Spaghetti mesonet site.
NOAA record 1089288 ↗A peak wind gust of 62 mph was recorded at the Marina mesonet site at 12:30 am 3/15. Additionally, a gust of 58 mph was recorded at the DW6120 Sandy (personal weather station) mesonet site at 10:00 pm 3/14, and a gust of 59 mph was recorded at the Beach mesonet site at 1:05 am.
