This included Shumway Lane and Old City Park, Floy, Hastings, Sunny Acres, and Kerby Roads. Roads remained closed overnight. The Pack Creek gauge on Pack Creek Road reported a rise of 4 feet when about an inch of rain fell in 90 minutes.
