    Significant flooding impacted Emery County over two days, particularly on the west side of the county. Road damage and high water levels caused multiple highways to close down. State Route 10 closed from Castle Dale to Emery, with many boulders moving onto the road, some as large as cars.     Heavy rain caused a flash flood on Huntington Creek and a debris flow off of the Seeley Fire burn scar. Flooding impacted the Huntington Power Plant, with water having to be diverted around the plant. Logs, mud, and rocks were in the river as it passed the power plant.

    A large debris flow occurred off of the Seeley Fire burn scar, covering State Route 31 with trees, mud, and rocks, as much as 1-2 feet deep in some locations. The debris flow damaged State Route 31, and closed the entire canyon for several hours.
