NOAA record 476563 ↗On the northeast end of the Seeley Fire burn scar, flash flooding plugged culverts after one round of heavy rain, and then a larger flash flood occurred after a second thunderstorm moved over the area. In contrast to the flash flooding that typically flows over State Route 31, this water moved eastward toward Price.
